He is survived by his mother Rose Mercado, stepdad Taylor Blackhawk, brothers Joey Mercado, Norman Bertolino, Felix Mercado, sisters Jennifer Mattice, Tiffany Keys, Krystal Mattice, Debbie Mercado along with in-laws and nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with William’s family Wednesday, January 26, 2022 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the McVeigh Funeral Home, 208 North Allen Street, Albany, NY.
