Lucille A. Campito

Menands, NY-Lucille A. Campito entered Eternal Life Friday, February 25, 2022. Born in Albany she was the daughter of the late Dominick and Anna Rinaldi Lauria. Lucille was born and raised in Albany. She was a graduate of Philip Schuyler High School, class of 1944. She was the loving wife of D. Frank Campito. They were married for 50 years until his death in 1997. Lucille was an avid reader, she also enjoyed traveling, having been to six continents. She and Frank especially loved Asia and traveled there numerous times. She was the mother of Mark G. Campito (Jan), Stephen F. Campito (Colleen), Laurie A. Campito, and Peter J. Campito (Mary Beth); sister of Sr. Vicki Lauria, OP; grandmother of Kelli A. Ziobro, Stephanie McCormack (Timothy), Bailey Campito, Connor Campito (Courtney), Marcus Campito, Michael Campito, Peter Campito, Harrison Campito, and Jack Campito; also survived by 5 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother Joseph Lauria. The family would like to thank all the great aides for taking such good care of Lucille, especially Demetria, Catherine, Nancy, Maria, Patricia, Maya, DeeDee and Dinah.
