Loudonville, NY-James R. Leach affectionately known to family and friends as Ron entered into Eternal Life Sunday, April 10, 2022 peacefully In his home surrounded by his loving family. Born August 11, 1936 to James R Leach and Jane (Perrella) Leach, brother to Jacqua (Bob) Miller, Judy (Bruno) Piromalli and the Late Janice Faye Leach. Married to the love of his life Janet P. Querques September 18, 1955, Ron was a devoted family man whose love for life and acumen for business propelled him to great success and admiration from all those who knew him. President of Terminal Hardware Inc. for many years, Ron retired in 1987 and made a wonderful home with his wife on the beach in Saint Petersburg Florida..Father of Tracey Joanne Leach and Todd James Leach (Joelle) of Albany New York. Proud grandfather to Tyler James and Abby Lynn. He rejoiced in having his family close and enjoying the company of his friends, talking about hardware, politics and real estate. After the sale of the hardware store and retirement, Ron enjoyed many years of real estate speculation and dabbled in the mortgage business. Always giving to those in need and helping out the people around him to lift them up, without asking for any gratitude. A good friend, a great father, loving grandfather, husband, brother, brother-in-law and uncle to many nieces and nephews. He will be sorely missed by all those who knew and loved him.
