Beatrice T. McManus Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Albany-Beatrice Tully McManus, 99, died Friday, June 10, 2022 at St. Peter’s Hospital Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Beatrice was born in Colonie, the daughter of the late Thomas and Anna Tully. She graduated from The Academy of the Holy Names, Albany Business College and Siena College. She was employed by General Electric and later worked at St. Peter’s Hospital. In retirement she spent many happy years as a volunteer at St. Peter’s thrift shop. She will be deeply missed by her daughters Ellen (Gerard) Laurencin of Toulouse, France, Mary of Albany, and Bridget (Lawrence) Honeycutt of Templeton, CA. She was the much loved Grandbea to Sara, Danielle, Madeleine, Gabrielle, Ellen, Heidi, Julie, Daniel, and Philip, and her great grandchildren, Timothee, Lilly, Eleanor, Catherine, Sebastien, Joseph, Esme, Cove, Cosmo, Kirby, and Azalea. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, James, cherished son, James Jr., sister, Evelyn Van Ullen, brother, John Tully, and brother, Thomas Tully. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Service Thursday, June 16, 2022 1:00pm at the Parish of Mater Christi, Albany, NY where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated.
