Kyleal M. Avery

Kyleal M. Avery, 18, Born in Eternal Life Tuesday, September 2, 2009. In Troy New York, on April 16, 1991, our beloved Kyleal was born into his earthly life to Bernard Avery and Lisa Makepeace. He grew up in the Troy, Albany area and attended schools, including New Covenant Charter School, Bishop Maginn High School, and Albany High School. He attended Kingdom Reigning Worship Center, where he loved playing the drums and being part of the youth ministry. He was very musically inclined and his favorite songs were Dance With My Father and A House is Not a Home by Luther Vandross. He was a respectful and likeable youngman, who was very intelligent and aspired to do great things. Kyleal was hungry for knowledge, and was an avid reader. He liked cooking and writing songs, singing and movies. You would often see Kyleal riding his bike around the streets of Albany to reach his destination. Kyleal was a good kid who loved his family and was taken away too soon. He leaves to mourn his loving father, Bernard Avery. His mother, Lisa Makepeace. His brothers, Marlin, Jermaine, and Mazell. His sisters, Sophia and Ja-Nea. His grandmother, Pattie Avery. His uncles, Hilton Avery (Veronica) and Patrick Avery (Joan). His aunts, Carolyn Boone and Sheila Knight (late Ronnie Knight) of Albany, NY and Antoinette Worrell (Reggie) of Stone Mt Georgia and Yvonne Wheeler (Freddie) of Cohoes, NY. A host of cousins, relatives and friends also survive Kyleal. Kyleal you will be greatly missed! Funeral services Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 11:00 am at the Kingdom Reining Worship Center, 74 Second Ave, Albany, NY 12202. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Tuesday, September 8, 2009 after 10:00 am in the church. Interment will follow the service at Graceland Cemetery, Albany.
